Checkout was quick and the payment went through fine. No errors, no weird extra steps, no nonsense. It’s kind of ridiculous that so many other sites make this harder than it needs to be, because this one clearly managed to get it right.

I was happy with what they had in stock. I found most of the things I needed, the selection was better than I thought it would be. A couple of items weren’t available, but it wasn’t a big issue for me. The site made it easy enough to check what was in stock, so overall I had a good experience

The prices seem fair overall, which I appreciate. I’m always a little cautious because I don’t want to get fooled by a “discount” that isn’t really a discount, so I still compare before buying. But from what I’ve seen, the pricing is decent.

"Promos are decent, but checkout can be annoying"
I’ve used PoTownStore a few times, mostly because of the rewards and discount codes. Some of the coupons worked without any issue, but a couple had extra rules I didn’t realize until I was already at checkout, which was frustrating.
The points are nice, but they build up kind of slowly. I also had to contact support once and got transferred around before anyone could really help, which made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish the deals were clearer upfront

"Order showed up just right"
I don’t remember every little thing I ordered from PoTownStore, but I do remember opening the package and thinking, yep, this is exactly what I picked. The sizes and colors were right, and nothing was mixed up. Simple order experience, but that’s all I wanted.
